What the monthly updates can cover.
The included hour can be used for agreed changes such as prices, photos, opening times or wording. Larger changes, extra pages or functionality beyond the included time are scoped separately. Ask us to set out the care arrangement, billing and cancellation terms in writing before you decide.
What needs a separate quote?
Online ordering, payment connections, booking systems, custom features, photography, video, substantial copywriting and complex migrations may need an additional quote. Domain registration and any third-party service fees should be clarified in your proposal. We do not assume specialist functionality fits every starting package.

Is £250 the total cost for the year?
No. It is the advertised starting setup price. The separate £45 monthly plan continues while that plan is active. Extra work and third-party fees depend on your agreed proposal.
Can I see examples first?
Yes. The website collection contains 24 fictional business concepts with connected pages and sample interactions.
Are bookings or ecommerce included automatically?
No. Live ordering, bookings and payments need an agreed scope and the relevant business setup. We explain those requirements before quoting.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. A clear starting website can grow as your business needs change. We can quote for additional pages, features or creative work later.
